RFID proximity changes with material

Already knew the difficulties with metal- tests... but I didn't realise i would have so much change in interference with other materials

difficulties with cork is it too high dense and felt too the direction of felt?

Already tried casting jesmonite within jesmonite what if the plinth was made of thinner jesmonite in the area where they are placed? - tests need to be made.
